To respect both your time and mine, please keep the following in mind: Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full service experience. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be subject to a 100% service charge. A Little Grace I understand that unexpected things come up, and I always aim to approach situations with understanding and flexibility. Repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to secure future bookings.
